At Southern Cross we want to make it easy and efficient for you to manage your accounts. Once you have visited one of our branches and registered for the Telephone Banking* service you can check balances and transactions without the need to visit one of our branches.
With Telephone Banking* you can:
- Check your savings, loans or investment account balances
- Listen to the last 10 transactions completed on your Current Saver, Net Saver or Revolving Credit accounts
- Make bill payments to preloaded bill payees from your Current Saver or Revolving Credit account
- Transfer funds between your Current Saver, Net Saver, and Revolving Credit accounts
- Change your access code
This will benefit you by:
- Allowing you to transfer funds between your Southern Cross accounts to earn the maximum amount of interest
- Saving time and money by not having to come to the branch
- Enabling you to have a clear picture of your finances by getting up to date balances and transactions history
- Giving you the ability to pay a bill immediately
- Offering the security of being able to change your access code if you think your security has been compromised
Internet Banking*
At Southern Cross we want to make it easy and efficient for you to manage your accounts. Once you have visited one of our branches and registered for the service, you can check balances and transactions without the need to visit one of our branches.
With Internet Banking you can:
- Check your savings, loans or investment account balances
- Check the maturity and balance of your term deposit
- View up to the last 90 days worth of transaction history on your Current Saver, Net Saver or Revolving Credit accounts
- Make bill payments to preloaded bill payees from your Current Saver or Revolving Credit accounts
- Transfer funds between your Current Saver, Net Saver, and Revolving Credit accounts
- Pay anyone up to $1000 per day (higher limits can be applied for).
- View and alter your automatic payments
This will benefit you by:
- Allowing you to transfer funds between your Southern Cross accounts to earn the maximum amount of interest
- Providing the ability to transfer $1000 per day to other banks without visiting a branch (the limit can be increased by application through our branch network)
- Saving time and money by not having to come to the branch
- Enabling you to have a clear picture of your finances by getting up to date balances and transactions history
- Giving you the ability to pay a bill immediately, or for a future date, from home or work
- Offering the security of being able to change your password if you think your security has been compromised
